Princess Bee Honey Co. reserves the right to change the pricing of our products at any time and without notice.

Customers are given a user name when using our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the user name, order and accessibility at any time and our sole discretion.  This can be due to abuse, misrepresentation, fraud or any other cause deemed to necessitate action.  All users must agree to these terms upon registering their user name.

From time to time we will offer contests, sweepstakes, promotions or other events.  These are in no way intended to guarantee any service or product other than and limited to that specifically described in the offer and the event of a dispute will be decided solely at our discretion.  All contestants must agree to these terms upon registering or entering the event. Customers may be asked for material including photos or some other media or social material for sharing publicly on and through our website. When this is delivered by them it constitutes that that media is approved for full usage at our sole discretion unless specifically indicated otherwise to Princess Bee Honey Co. before the delivery.

We accept payment methods by card and cash on delivery. Payment by card is held by Foloosi/Stripe payment gateway and accept major debit and credit cards.

Return and Exchange Policy

We are accepting orders and deliveries in the United Arab Emirates only. All our items are checked for quality before sale or shipment. We apologize for any unsatisfactory product, and we will replace any product that does not meet our quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact Princess Bee Honey Co. at hello@princessbee.eu within 48 hours of receiving the item. The Princess Bee Honey Co. team will respond within 48 hours to advise if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and will process the order accordingly.

Our product portfolio may have limited quantities. If an item is returned for replacement and we do not have the same item available, an alternative will be offered. If no alternative is available or acceptable, a refund (see Return/Refund Policy below) will be provided. Please note that a refund of payment from a credit card purchase depends on the issuing bank. Approximately takes 10 to 15 working days from the receiving date of the refund request. You can call or email us with the invoice details to request for refund. Princess Bee Honey Co. has trademarks on all company related logos, names and product descriptions and claims exclusive rights to all content that is contained on our website unless that content is open or derived from customer submission. These terms and conditions can be modified with immediate effect at any time and without prior notice.
