Delivery information
Domestic orders:
We do our best to prepare every order as soon as we receive it. Delivery time by default is NEXT DAY delivery.
Delivery terms and conditions:
- 3 attempts will take place for each shipment. If the attempts fail due to customer unavailability or rejection of the order, a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin charge.
- Our working hours are from 8.00 AM till 6.00 PM – Monday to Friday. Public holidays are off.
- The delivery charges are:
Next-day delivery – 17 AED (for all Emirates). Cut off time for Order Upload – 14:00 h
Same-day delivery (only for Dubai). Cut off time for Order Upload – 11 AM – 35 AED (Free Delivery does not apply for this type of Delivery)
Remote areas / AUH Western region delivery (twice weekly) charges – 35 AED.

Delivery charge is FREE for orders above 200 AED for Dubai only.
Note: At the end of each year, these rates will be adjusted in line with UAE inflation and Jeebly Courier Services.
Note: Jeebly will not allow the Consignee to open the package upon Delivery before receiving the signature.
International orders:
We send orders to addresses outside UAE via DHL, FedEx and Emirates Post. Delivery can take 3 – 10 working days depending on your specific location.

Please note that for international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
